Mission: Vero Voce is a multi-facetted professional performing arts school serving students of all ages, regardless of experience. We strive to educate and enrich the lives of our students and their families through arts education. At the core of our instruction lies the belief that the arts enhance the entire learning process: cognitive skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills, motor skills, social skills and self-esteem. Children have an amazing ability to absorb information. They are capable of astoundingly wonderful things. We believe that a child’s individual lessons in the arts are the key to helping them succeed in every other facet of not only their artistic life, but life as a whole. Our teachers each hold degrees in music (many have a Master of Music) and perform professionally throughout the Chicagoland area and encourage students to perform whenever possible.

 

About Us: Our company began in 2001 as an in-home studio, specializing in private voice, piano lessons and musical theatre coaching. As the studio grew it became apparent that we needed to expand the physical studio space, affording us the opportunity to add Instrumental Music Lessons, Early Childhood Music and a variety of Theatre courses including Audition Classes, Scene Study Classes and Youth Theatre Performances. Vero Voce School of Visual & Performing Arts now boasts a 5,000 square foot facility near downtown Saint Charles with multiple studios & classrooms. We are proud to have our own black box theatre in the middle of the school, which will be available for recitals, in house performances and rentals.
